When did this begin?

From an early age, I noticed a sensitivity in my hands—subtle changes in how things felt, even without physical contact. They became a point of contact through which patterns in tension, breath, and internal rhythm could be felt—first in my own body, and eventually in others.

That sensitivity deepened through study and experience. With practice, that sensitivity became more precise—less interpretive, more direct. What began as something intuitive has become something I can stay with—consistently, and with precision.

 

Are you a healer?

Not in the way that word is typically used.

I’m not applying anything to your body or trying to produce a specific result. I work by following your system as it responds in real time. Any shift that happens comes from within your own body.

Is this Reiki or energy healing?

There are some surface-level similarities, in that the work is quiet, hands-based, and doesn’t rely on physical contact.
Where it differs is in how it’s understood and applied. I work in direct response to physiological changes in the body—shifts in tension, breath, and internal rhythm—rather than using symbolic systems or directing energy toward a specific outcome.

The work is guided by how the body responds, not by a system applied to it.

What makes this work different?

This is not guided relaxation. It’s not coaching or talk therapy. I’m not asking you to think differently or reach a specific outcome. I’m working directly with your system as it is— allowing it to shift on its own.

 

How can this work at a distance?

The body doesn’t require physical contact to respond to another nervous system. What matters is attention, precision, and timing.

When those are in place, your system responds to mine—regardless of location.

 

Do I need to believe in this for it to work?

No. There’s nothing you need to believe or understand beforehand.

The work is based on what your body does—not on belief.

What do I need to do during the session?

Nothing. You can remain seated and simply be as you are.

There’s no need to follow instructions, relax in a certain way, or try to create an experience.

 

What if I don’t feel anything?

That’s completely fine. Some people notice clear sensations, while others experience more subtle shifts.

There’s no specific response you need to have for the session to be effective.

 

How will I feel after the session?

It varies. You may notice shifts in your body, mood, or energy over the next day or two—or you may not notice anything immediately. There’s nothing you need to do afterward. Simply allow the body to do its job. 

 

How often should I book sessions?

This depends on the person. Some people come once. Others return periodically. There’s no set schedule or requirement.

 

Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?

No. This work is not medical treatment or psychotherapy.

If you have concerns about your health, you should consult a licensed professional.

 

How do I know if this is right for me?

This work tends to fit best if you’re comfortable with a slower, quieter process. If that feels natural to you, it’s likely a good fit.

Even curiosity can be enough.
